Liquid nitrogen is just nitrogen super cooled tat it condenses to a liquid. Considering our atmosphere consist mainly of nitrogen, if toxic, we all liao. Of cos, its so cold tat i wouldn't recommend drinking it directly

You can't drink liquid nitrogen. You can however, inject it into food and create smoke effects, like what Ferran Adria pioneered (molecular gastronomy) or make ice cream. Reason being the liquid nitrogen will turn into gas rapidly and will cause your lungs to collapse if u swallow it.

everyone jiak buffet only...

anyone keen on non-buffet outings...? i think food-trail style outings like the chinatown recce are more enjoyable as u also get to interact more with everyone... buffet u stay at one location... sit on the same chair/table and just keep on jiak jiak... food-trail style u can move all around from place to place like tourists and try different kinds of food...

anyway i'd be going to tunglok seafood @ orchard central this month... and probably aquamarine too... which means already too many buffets (for me) in a month liao...
