Ended my meal with coffee, desserts and fruits.

Need to see the menu for each day to see what they have.
wow, seems kind of diffcult? does it mean that we have to enter the restoran, look at the menu. If comfortable with the menu than sit down? cause i cannot find their menu on the hilton website. It only show the restoran operating hours.

Thursday (Mediterranean)
I only interested in Mediterranean nite cos they have more carvings. If good, then can go for their XXX brunch.


anyone wanna go Amara one last time b4 they close for renovations? The Element cafe.. or even Thanying(non buffet)..
I keen on Amara. Wanna whack their fish.


alamak i think i'd be more interested in checkers (due to pretty good reviews) den todai ? but if too many buffets den i'd have to choose liao...

Cut by Wolfgang Puck... Tried that in Vegas hehe.

I want to try the db Bistro burger though, their most famous one.
ya thats how i burnt away so many vouchers..

Maybe can try the japanese one? i cannot take seafood with shell so kind of wasted to go for seafood theme.

i'm seafood lover so it'll be seafood theme for me bah... and perhaps brunch bah.... i dun mind drink 1 glass of wine or 2 but i'm not into alcohol drinking... so for the brunch i won't be interested in the alcohol...

Actually i ate a lot more than wat i posted, heehee. For salmon sashimi alone, i ate like another 4 more portions.

Their spread actually quite okay. They also have pizza, octopus balls, chicken teriyaki (quite nice), black pepper beef (sauce so so, but beef was tender), 2 types of hotpot, salads, pastas, chawanmushi, salads, handrolls etc.

Good for an inexpensive eating binge ...
