i like supply and demand
you just tell them how you want your steak done, they will whip something up for you.
cannot choose the cut or sides though. all up to the chef.
supply and demand is .... abit...

I heard bad reviews about Skirt, and looking at the photos of the steak? I'm not sold to try it. The most atas steak I tried here is Bedrock which I felt was really good already, 1 for 1 made it even better.
worth one try at least. expensive and small portion but taste is good

You can get a good Florentine steak at Bistecca in SG. One of the best steak places I've been to!

Just sharing, Cold Storage has an offer for their wagyu MB4 at $3.90/100g so can try cooking your own favourite steaks.

hahha they have it quite often..

sometimes have ribeye or tenderloin too but the wagyu one is the best

Recently tried Casse Croute. This is their ribeye crusted with crushed peppercorn and brandy cream sauce. Nice stuff.



how much was this?

cant find much info on them..

I can't remember, but I think it could be $80+. It's 500-600g of beef though.
