Lawry's cut with bone in

No proper searing
Didn't render the fat
The beef is so raw I can still hear it mooing lol

I think you are mistaken.

There is no sear. Lawry's prime rib is slow cooked.

To render fat is to liquefy/clarify/melt it for cooking purposes. The fat in meat is not meant to be rendered or otherwise, it becomes just a pool of oil.

The Irish Angus Rib eye from Bread Street Kitchen is actually pretty good.

not a traditional steak per se, but this is an australian wagyu steak teishoku from Suju. Comes with rice, miso soup and pickles.

Didn't know got this kind of thread here. Anyway my latest steak splurge was for a sampler plate of grain fed, grass fed and kobe (supposedly it is actual, certified Kobe from hyogo/japan) rib eyes. Was very nice to have 3 different textures, flavors, fat levels on one plate!!

28 days dry aged angus porterhouse steak with plum and mushroom sauce.

Best steak I've had. It's at Alexander's steakhouse, a Michellin starred steakhouse in Cupertino. Cost for the steak about 90 USD.
