Wah. Last time i ate there the oysters dont have leh.

Sent an email to them i guess
Oysters has been part of their dinner and lunch buffet menu. Weird. Maybe when u went, it was just luck that they couldn't get oysters or something.

I dunno whether sending an email will help. They soak the 2 items in salted water intentionally knowing fully well that it would help decrease the customer taking those 2 high priced items. Come on they shd know fully well what soaking in salted water will do to the oyster and the crab taste.

Oh yes. The salted oysters and the salted king crabs are new development I think. I go there several times a year and the last time I was there, the oysters were fresh and no tampering was done. But presently, I am fuming mad about the salted stuff.

Bad luck I guess ;/ but if they really resort to such tactics then its really pathetic for a hotel of such calibre lol.

The semi-buffet for lunch? Few selection of salads, 1 soup, some cheese and deserts. Normal, nothing to shout about.

Please avoid Global Kitchen. Im guessing you're aiming the 1 for 1? The spread was really really little, only seafood on ice were mussels/prawns.. no oysters, no lobsters or anything else.

Credit card. Can't remember which CC but its until 31st march.. Call them up to ask I guess.

But its only for lunch. Aquamarine was pretty decent.. Definitely better than global kitchen/cafe swiss.

Have not tried ristorante bologna personally.
