maybe too early. try 2 months before.

personally headed down to Aeroline to KL as I wanted upper deck front row seats. was told two months ahead then can book.

or you can also head down to their office too.

You can look up a bus booking portal for your options in Kuantan. This one's a new terminal outside the city centre.

I will be arriving at terminal Sentral kuantan around 11pm. Looks like the only way into kuantan city is by taxi. Any idea how much it will cost and how long it will take?

Only 2-3 km or so into town. At that hour I am not sure about taxis. You can check the situation using Grab tonight.
