Let's do the maths!

Since you never specify the dates, I will assume weekday.

If you book directly with Genting, it would be RM100 per room per night for FWH Standard room. Member rate should be roughly RM10 cheaper. 200RM at the 'rotten' bank rate is roughly S$68.

A 2-way coach from WTS will cost you S$70. So if you book separately, it will only cost you <S$150 if you go alone or < $220 if you bring your partner.

So yeah, $320 for 3D2N is expensive.
Oh, the price quoted was based on a Sat to Mon package. The sales person mention due to staying at Genting on a Sat, the price is usually 1.5-2x the usual rate, and also depending which peak that week is at.

Just saw the WTS travel 2 way coach to Genting, for departure on Sat, it will cost $85.

Didnt know the price difference is such a big gap for a Fri then even bigger gap on a Sat.

Booking directly with Genting, meaning book on RWS Genting website or reach First world liao then go over the counter to book? Can advise?

Looking at 21-23 sept or 28-30 sept

Thx thx..

Ok. Let's redo the maths then.

21-23 Sep: RM333+RM100 = RM433 or S$146
28-30 Sep: RM428+RM100 = RM528 pr S$176

Add in the coach $85 and total will be S$230 and $261 respectively if u going alone.

Still cheaper than the $320 that you were quoted.

If you going with your partner, then it will be S$315 and S$346.

Still cheaper than S$380 that you were quoted.

If you booked with Genting direct, your reservation details will be in their system. Once you reached FWH, you can use the Self-checking kiosk to book in. Doing it over the counter will cost an extra RM15.

Any other queries. Just ask.

[UPDATE] Let me do you a solid.

This is the current rate for FWH Standard Room for guest (non-members) for Sep and Oct. You can see the rate for yourself and plan accordingly.

No worries! Have fun!

You mentioned that you have a Silver Card. Then remember to book with your membership ID. My above screenshots are the non-member rate.

You should save a bit for member's rate. Not a lot (I think it's RM10 per night) but better than nothing.

If you forget your login credentials, you should be able to request for a new one.

Manage to recover my login password The dates i chose is 21-23 sept, FWH standard room, the price is RM 300 + RM 60, ~SGD120. Which is definitely much cheaper, albeit im not too sure comparing to those hotel booking websites.

I will be booking my coach with WTS travel, because of their pickup location that is conveniently near me. Hopefully the ride is good as ive not taken coach for quite some time.

And if i may, pardon me if this has been asked many times, at this moment, which jackpot (and where) is more popular and fun for elders?

Very nice! Glad to hear that!

Some has mentioned that hotel booking sites may be cheaper but I understand that you will need the staff's assistance at the self-check in kiosk when you book in.

I take WTS all the time. The ride is comfortable and reliable. So far, no major complaints.

I think for slots, you have to try and see which one you like. We all have our personal favourites I guess.

Do you mean Gold status, once attained, is permanent for Singaporean?

Are we able to exchange SGP to MYR at the casino whereby we are able to retain the same rate when exchanging back (MYR to SGP)?

I meant after attaining Gold, will it be mandatory to clock another 300TP to retain it

There is an Annual review think every 1st Jan. If you manage to clock 300TP now you can immediately upgrade to Gold and valid until next review which is end of next year. If you failed to clock 300TP by then you will be downgraded back to Silver in Jan 2021.
