Quick question: I plan to take the KTM train to sentral but it's my first time. So assuming I buy a 12pm train ticket. How will I clear immigration? So do I reach woodlands ciq like 10am cause I am not sure if there is a human jam clearing immigration so that I will not miss the train? How does it work?
Woodlands to JB Sentral by KTM- there is dedicated and distinct immigration clearance from the bus and car passengers. Aim to be at the Woodlands Train Checkpoint at least 30min before your departure.

This is the place:

Just be mindful that the access roads going to the location may jam due to spillover from the Causeway. Set out early.

Singapore ICA BioScreen system or fingerprint / thumbprint scan is one of the worst in the world. Super lousy and often got scan errors. Not reliable just like our mrt system / signals often breakdown. And very unhygienic. Many pple dont washed their hands after going to toilet . And probably the best way to spread disease as I saw a few times people using their saliva to wet their thumbs lol. It prob contains more germs than a toilet bowl.

Bro... U think any different from the railings u hold on to when u walk down the stairs, the toilet door handle u use when u exit the toilet...

Germs are everywhere... Bring hand sanitizer along, and some wet wipes too, antiseptic ones.

Or better yet, stay at home.

I recently been eating at Tea Garden a lot... Usually the Nasi Lemak with fried chicken. Fried mee Siam also not bad. Quite pricey for "local" food. But it's more atas since its in shopping centre. Lol

Just once for record right?

for the ICA thumbprint scan I read a few tips from here and other sources. cos I used to have the problem when using the scan. when the screen prompts you to put your thumb on the screen, don't put immediately. wait one to two seconds. also try to wipe your thumb print on a clean tissue to get rid of excessive oils. haven't had a problem recently when crossing.
