What are "all the shops", which telco/cards did you check on?

Different cards have their own features/inclusive, also depends amount of data you need and weekdays/weekends.

Which VAS is your dispute for? Voicemail? If so, just get them to disable the voicemail on your card. Every new card comes with voicemail service, which you'll still need to get it disabled.
Voice mail and the incoming call funny ringtone. Might as well let it expire, all credits gone.

I just bought Xox using Celcom from a dealer here.

For those who frequently goes Malaysia, it's much more convenient. You can't be always go to shop everytime u go in.

Voicemail and CRT can hit any number, whether old or new. It's best to disable voicemail and keep a lookout for services like CRT and the likes being activated on your line.

Note that many of these numbers are recycled.

If I register and buy it will activate immediately and can only last 5 or 7 days? Then what if I want to use internet maybe like 1 week later? I need to top up and reload?

Celcom's prepaid is XPAX Turbo now - https://www.xpax.com.my/xpaxturbo

Initial validity is only 7 days upon activation, so you'll have to top up if you want to use the line after that, whether to call, SMS, or subscribe to a data plan. Within those 7 days, if you want to subscribe to an internet plan but don't have enough credit in your account, you'll also have to top up.

Anyone heard of this prepaid before?

http://xoxprepaidplan.com

Briefly read through the website and it sounds like MLM.

Valid for 2 years though.
