i just call Tron..

replace 4G sim only available in HQ.

as Tron afraid the dealer are holding the old 3G sim.

the one in JB can do sim replacement but only 3G.

you can do 4G sim replacement online, if you have multiple simcard, submit online, pay for all the delivery and mail to the same Singapore address.

Email to Tron, they will send all the sim via 1 postage and refund the rest into your Tron account as topup.

that is the information i get from them.

postage to Singapore cost around MYR32

http://www.tron.com.my/4g-plus-network/

Change your SIM for FREE for limited time only

Upgrade your 3G SIM to 4G SIM for faster network experience. Upgrade your SIM with RM10 charges and the RM10 will be credited back to your number as a reload once the SIM is replaced successfully.
It’s a total FREE Service for you!

4G PLUS can only be used within Tron 4G Network only
Upgrade SIM Promotion is valid until 31st July 2018 for 3G SIM Holder only
Delivery charges may be applied

as usual, all sim cards need to be registered using identity document.

why not? they just rebind your sim card with your port in msidn. in other words, they overwrite the original number that comes with the card.

technically, it can be easily done. umobile has been doing this. singapore telcos have been doing the same. just that some malaysian telcos are too anal to allow it.
