i think the shop want to make money.
if go online there are few reload options.

i call them directly. definitely is free. they even helpful for those who has many simcard mail to same address, they help you to save the postage by combine together and return the excess value as topup.

They see you from Singapore. nice to eat

i shall email tron about it shorty.
I'm guessing it's FOC if from Tron direct; most dealers still charge accordingly. Among other things, lets not forget they've rental to pay.

tunetalk's ppu is 2 sen per mb, still cheaper than what tron has to offer.

tron is running on digi. many singaporeans are already complaining about digi's poor signal inside malls and casino
tron is running on digi 3G earlier

now Tron move to 4G maybe should be better

Those of you on Tron 3G now, you can head over to JB Tron Shop along Jalan Wong Ah Fook.

I did mine few days ago and there is payment of RM 30 for a new 4G card which you will get instantly and can walk away.

It takes about 15-20mins for services to be port over to the new 4G card. After which, I received a RM10 rebate back in my Tron main balance. Do remember to bring your photo ID as they need to take a picture of it for verification.
Good to know the wong ah fook branch jas stock now. Went there 2 weeks ago and they have no stock. Almost wanted to go via online...

Got mine in stages, coz Happy Hour offers weren't available back then. Have about 15GB left now, and since I hardly make calls (other than Whatsapp calls to friends), I only got a 100mins one... IIRC was part of an SP pack.

I think the RM50 for 10GB one is more popular, and they sometimes throw some extra stuff in it too.

These days no more SP + I believe, the withdrawal is per block of 1gb?
So if need to withdraw 3gb, must key in the code 3 times?

These days I see more of Happy Hours Extra, like free 1GB for the 5GB pack or free 2GB for the 10GB pack.

Yes, withdrawal per block, minimum for monthly is 500MB. You'll have the option to add-on packs if you need. Otherwise, just have to choose the (main) pack you want.

Let me go get the list and post here in a while...

Edit:

The Data Packs:
FAT1 - RM15
FAT2 - RM25
FAT5 - RM30
FAT10 - RM50
FATW2 - RM10
FATD1 - RM3
FAT500 - RM12
* The numbers refer to the amount of data, like 500MB, 1GB, 2GB, etc.

I normally use the OneXOX app, and at the bottom of the list, there's a note that says deduction of data from the SP, so I normally just ignore the RM value.

The Add-Ons:
100MB - RM3
500MB - RM10
1GB - RM15
5GB - RM50

@evolute8, please remember to cancel the auto-renewal.

For OneXOX, this can be done anytime after the data pack is activated. The auto-renewal will be cancelled, but you can continue using the pack until its expiry date.

Auto-renewal you're referring to onexox SP withdrawal?

I bought a nice onexox number, getting it in a week's time

i have 2 Tron sim so it is more worth ship to Singapore under 1 postage and the balance as topup as credit.

you have to email and inform them so they will combine the postage.

change in JB charge by dealer pay RM30 vs Ship to Singapore cost RM32 (Simcard free)

http://www.tron.com.my/faqs/

1) How much is the delivery charges for purchases made online via Get New SIM?
Shipping via GDex to Singapore (Cost incl. 0% tax):
Singapore MYR32.00

actually ship to Singapore is easier even you only have 1 Tron as you no need to worry the dealer no stock
