Unless they've changed since, otherwise that's the info I've before their Celcom merger. Can check online or contact their CSO to verify...

The only exemptions are food and beverage, telecommunications and vehicle parking services.

When they first started SST it took them a while to exempt this but indicated that foreigners have to pay.

Expired (still within grace period), or terminated (gone for good, time to get a new one)?

expired only, yet to terminate. last use at start of nov. if im not wrong grace period is 3mths

Not all DiGi Prepaid plans are 90 days... But if yours has that then yes, do a top-up to reactivate the line.
