No signal is no good at all.

In SG, you should get at least one of the local networks when you scan with your OneXOX card in the device. In other words, OneXOX card can be used to roam in SG.

Earlier this month (or was it late last month?) I helped my friend get one when we came across a OneXOX dealer stand outside Public Bank across from Aeon Bukit Indah. They're there during weekends, and among them was a dealer living in the west-side here in SG. So can deal with him here too.

It's the usual RM10 for the starter pack, plus choose (and pay ) whichever 'welcome package' you like. I think they ranged from RM30 to RM50... my friend chose an RM50 one, but I can't seem to see the options on their website now, so can't give more info.
xox cfm can roam in SG

I use the app mainly.

My dealer was I think from Shoppee before I brought his attention to HWZ. This latest one I'm not sure if he's from any site here.

Just curious. Why do people go for RM68/RM108 SLL when you can pay RM1 every 3 months (effectively RM4 a year)?
Precisely....normally I will top up RM5 or this option..
Wouldn't the 5RM expire/disappear after 5 days?

I see. Thank you.

To answer your question why ppl want SLL. I guess they still want to make calls, sms and surf the internet. The 4RM per year only prevents the card for being terminated and 99.9% of the time, you can only receive calls and SMS. So it really depends on your usage pattern.

If I only go for day trips and only need data, I can just extend the card with 1rm everything I go in. Since you mentioned that the credit is still there, it even better. 5RM can last me for 1 month of usage. Planning to use the free basic internet. How is the speed? I only need it for messaging apps.

Hi guys, just a question about Digi Live. I’ve read through their site and they mention that it have a pack validity of 5 days, means my prepaid card will expire in 5 days?

Was thinking of buying it for my short trip to jb this saturday and use it for my KL trip next month

It means that the starter pack has an active period of 5 days only, though for Live I think its grace period is 90 days, so you've the option of using the existing credit balance to reactivate the card for KL next month, or top up some more cash if your KL usage need is beyond that amount.

Can read their website for detail and better understanding.

FYI.

SIM Card Lifecycle
  • Upon activation of a SIM card, the status of the SIM card will be updated to an ‘Active’ status that will last for a 5 (five) day period. An ‘Active’ status means that the Subscriber is allowed to make outgoing and incoming calls or SMS or any type of services including Internet access.
  • If there is no ‘reload’ activity performed after the ‘Active’ state, notwithstanding any available credit balances still available in the SIM card, then a Subscriber will not be able to use or take advantage of any other available Digi services available for its prepaid Subscribers, but will only be able to receive incoming calls and SMS only.
  • If during the Active state but before the end of the Active state validity period, the Subscriber has utilised all the available credit balance, then the Subscriber will not be able to use any further Digi services, but should still be able to receive incoming calls and SMS as similarly stated above.
  • The number of days given to the Subscriber to receive incoming calls and SMS is 90 (ninety) days upon expiry of Active state validity period, but no outgoing transactions are allowed unless a 'reload' is performed.
  • Upon reaching 90 (ninety) days validity period, if there is still no reload activities performed, the status of SIM card will be changed to 'Suspended (R2)' whereby a Subscriber will not be allowed to receive incoming or outgoing calls or SMS except for automated SMS from Digi.
  • Upon the following day of the ‘Suspended’ stage, the status of the SIM card will be changed thereafter to a 'Terminated' state and the Subscriber will not be able to obtain the same mobile number (MSISDN) or any remaining credit balance or any applicable freebies remaining in the SIM card.
