We only have the standard chair here, if you want to customise, it will take much longer for delivery

Thanks. Did check out the site. I guess I will go down to XTRA and test the chair to see if it suits me. Aeron is just too expensive for me.

Ans: Hard Castors has a rubber coating for better grip and traction to reduce gliding from chair.

I think there's one available next week

1. I assume that the rubber coating will come off after awhile?

2. I would like get that piece if it is still available.

Those who arranging for self collection should be getting after the day or two.

Those who opt for delivery, i've to check booking schedules with the courier.

Take not we will no longer be accepting orders base on deposits, all orders have to be paid in full.

As it creates an unnecessary extra step to collect outstanding payment which can delay the delivery for the whole batch.

To get the cheap $30 delivery service, our courier only collects all the chairs and send at once, they don't delivery just one chair. For delivery of just one chair, it's $50 to $80 by almost all the couriers we asked, there's no $30 service.

So if there's any delays in the outstanding payment and the couriers already left with current batch.

Then your chair can only be able to be sent with the next batch, which is most likely a month later. This also applies to anyone who can't accept delivery asap. Of course you can arrange your own couriers if there's any.

I'm sorry but I have decided that we should not have one or two chairs delay everyone's collection and this will organise the MO much smoother.
