Hi,

there's an issue with your Microfoam frother. I have used it for sometime and realised that dirt gets trapped on the inner lining of the silicon (which is in turn glued dead to the cap). This is with immediate washing after every use, and has never happened on my Aeroccino before.

How do we get rid of the dirt then?

I bought a Citiz with milk (EU set) from you few years ago, and now I am relocated to US which use 110V.

I am thinking if i should bring my set over and use with a transformer? or shall i get a local set here which cost about US$150 (new) but risk having extra set when i return to SGP

Hi

The silicone ring for both aeroccino or microfoam frother can be taken out to clean. Both serve the same purpose to close the lid so splatters won't end up outside the device.

The stains on your lid are milk stain that had not been cleaned off over a long time. It can happen to either aeroccino or microfoam frother. Of course bring transparent on the microfoam, it's more visible.

If it can't be cleared off, you can contact info@grandcruzproduction.com to purchase new spares. Likewise aeroccino users can purchase the lid from Nespresso.

Avoid over pour too much milk into the device so milk won't swirl too high reach the top of the lid as the milk froth volumise.
Actually I don't even use the frothing ring, because by default it already froths the milk quite a bit. I only fill it to the minimum amount everytime because I'm the only person drinking coffee, but it will still splash the lid.

Never have these stains on my Aeroccino before.

your minimal is how much?

I only seen light splatters never splash, in fact my staffs don't even bother to close the lid.

You must pour below the max line and use the correct whisk.

A local set may not cost much. They can go on sale on time to time.
You can easily sell off on Craigslist in USA

Or just a super auto
