Cannot port over a postpaid number from Zero1 to GOMO?

Hi there, I'm not sure if anyone else encountered this before. I asked the GOMO online chat agent about porting in my postpaid mobile number from Zero1, and she said that it is not possible to port over from Zero1 to GOMO? Is this true? Isn't this against IMDA's rules on Full Mobile Number Portability?

It might be because both are under Singtel network. Zero1 is MVNO of Singtel, GOMO is Singtel's sub-brand for their no-contract sim-only.

The other way you can port to gomo is perhaps port to other mvno not under Singtel. Example are MyRepublic, Circles.life and giga.

Better double check with another agent, shouldn't be the case for post paid customers.

Oh yes, after I asked IMDA about this, Singtel quickly called me back to clarify that the agent was mistaken. You can port any post-paid number to GOMO.
