But theirs is 12 month contract. Starhub is no contract. To me good try, but bark more than bite. Haha.

Savage by m1, they advertise poking the Red and the green. Now they offer 15GB @ $20mth.

Yeah, Singtel and m1 has 12mth contract. Starhub is contract-free. Companies want to ensure you signed with them at least for 12 months. Starhub taking the risk of customer dropping out after a few months. Good and bad.

Singtel just fired another shot, $20/mth with 15GB, no contract. However, no sign of free Caller ID

Yeah. To me it's sort of a good move by starhub. I think they are hoping they have a competitive enough offering that people will stick around instead of switching over.

So far, while Singtel has waived registration+SIM fees, and offer 10gb/month for $20, caller ID is not free, so another $5.35. Plus need to sign 12 months. M1 is offering even more data at 15GB, waive everything including CallerID, but same thing, need 12 months. So they're good, but not good enough to justify being locked down for 12 months just yet.

Starhub is $20 for first 6 months (thanks to current promo), maybe down side is not SMS bundle at all. But no contract at all, and once they stop giving that bonus 10GB, it'll be totally not worth it compared to the M1 already. haha.

If this continues between the 3 telcos, more or less in future it will be Fixed. Anyway Singtel now offer $20/mth for 15GB. Just only today.

Other MVNO, have yet to respond, Myrepublic $35/mth 9GB suddenly don't look attractive at all now.

Yeah. MVNOs are looking less attractive now. haha. Even with zero1 or MyRepublic which offer "throttled" unlimited data, seems not as useful when you can get over 10GB of data easily these days at like $20-$25.

what is it for ah?
NFC SIM card is related to EZ-Link > Get your EZ-Link NFC SIM card!

In other word this NFC SIM card act (or replace) like physical EZ-Link card and the value is stored inside the NFC SIM card.

You can use the phone with NFC SIM card to tap in/out of transport entry/exit points.

By putting the phone with NFC SIM card on the vending machines to add credit value as similar to physical EZ-Link card.

Guess the $0 circle life or the $9.90 zero1 plan still competitive? Unfortunately not alot of competition in the ~ $10ish space.

m1's really slow to the game. their $25 plan needs a 12 months contract. Furthermore changing plan cost $21.40. Total disregard of their existing customers. I'm taking my business to greener pastures.

Yeah. Myrepublic $8 plan still quite worth it to me too, especially for my parents usage. Too bad can't sign for that anymore.

Haha, dream on. Nothing is fixed.
Once the competition (MVNOs and maybe TPG) is driven out, will be back to cut throat prices again. Enjoy the cheap prices while it last.

Actually m1 and StarHub smart to give free international roaming.

Encourage and give users an option to use them when overseas as nowadays very easy to buy Overseas SIM card for use. Most ppl have dual Simcard slot or a spare phone for hotspot.
