I just checked with CL CSO, they confirm $120 cashback over 12 months still have. But very shady, first tell me it depends on telco maybe not 12 months until I show them screenshots of the promo. It seems like CSO also don't know anything about the promo.

Starhub CSO confirm $5 rebate over 24 months.

Starhub $20 after $5 over 24 months.
13 GB free weekend
100 min

CL $20 (+$2 unlimited incoming) after $10 rebate over 12 months.
20 GB
100 min
25 SMS

CL or Starhub? I'm thinking of Starhub

If you have starhub TV and broadband under them, go for starhub so that you will become a hub club member and entitled to 10% discount on hub tv and 5% on broadband

This is good sharing tq

Since no one has posted the the screenshot of the Unlimited Weekend Data promo by M1.

These are the currently known methods (non-CIS) to stretch your dollar for the big 3 telcos. Feel free to add on any details, especially CIS and recontract benefits that I am not aware of.

M1 (base plan mySIM3 20): 3GB + 12GB* Local Data, no free Caller ID, 100 mins outgoing local voice calls, 100 outgoing local SMS/MMS

Existing customers (via opt-in on M1 App or 1627) as well as new sign-ups: Free Unlimited Weekend Data* subscription until 31 December 2020.

12-month contract: Free Caller ID and Roaming Subscription, data allowance is changed to 5GB + 10GB* Local Data.

New sign-ups: Free registration and SIM card.
Port-in from SingTel or StarHub: Free 800 mins outgoing local voice calls/month for 12 months.
Sign-up with SAFRA member card: Free 1GB* Local Data/month for 24 months, Free Data Passport activation for new sign-ups.

Optional promo: 25GB* Local Data for $5/month. Sign up on 1st day of the month or cancel on the last day of the month as the charge is not pro-rated.
Optional promo for new sign-ups and recontracting customers only: 50% off monthly subscription of mySIM Talktime Add-on.

Optimal result for mySIM3 20 (12 month contract): Port-in from SingTel or StarHub. 16GB (5GB+12GB*+1GB*) Local Data w/free Caller ID, free Roaming Subscription, 900 mins outgoing voice calls, 100 outgoing local SMS/MMS and free Unlimited Weekend Data*, all for $20/month.

Add 25GB* Local Data for $5/month if 16GB is insufficient for your usage.

*Promotional data is not applicable for Data Passport usage.
Unlimited Weekend Data is not applicable for Data Passport and supplementary line usage.

StarHub ($25 SIM Only no-contract plan): 3GB + 10GB Local Data, free Caller ID, free Pay-As-You-Roam, 100 mins outgoing local voice calls

For new sign-ups only: Free registration and SIM card. Enjoy FREE Unlimited Weekend data and 10GB Local Data every month for a year. Free International Roaming until 31 Dec 2019 (registration fee and monthly subscription waived).
Sign-ups using GIRO: Free 100 local outgoing SMS/MMS per month.
Online exclusive: $120 bill rebate with promo code

Optional promo: Add 50GB Local Data/month for $20. No excess data usage charges if you have this add-on applied.

Optimal result for $25 SIM Only no-contract plan: Sign up online for $120 bill rebate. 3GB + 10GB Local Data, free Caller ID, free International Roaming, 100 mins outgoing local voice calls, free Unlimited Weekend Data, free 100 local outgoing SMS/MMS per month for $25/month (before rebate).

Add 50GB* Local Data for $20/month if 13GB is insufficient for your usage.

SingTel ($20 SIM Only), no contract: 3GB Local Data + 2GB SingTel Wifi. Free Pay-As-U-Roam.

12-month contract: Free 150 local outgoing voice calls and 500 SMS/MMS per month. Data allowance is changed to 5GB + 15GB Local Data + 2GB SingTel Wifi.
Port-in from M1 or StarHub: Free registration and SIM card and free Caller ID.

Optimal result for $20 SIM Only plan (12 month contract): Port-in from StarHub and M1. 5GB + 15GB + 2GB SingTel Wifi, Free 150 local outgoing voice calls, 500 SMS/MMS per month and free Caller ID for $20/month.

All three plans come with free incoming voice calls and SMS (assuming you are not roaming). Also, take note that M1's 4G network speeds (download) are up to 300Mbps, compared to SingTel and StarHub's 1Gbps.

My bad, I just realized that porting in from MVNO is $60 bill rebate when I tried to sign CL. If you port from main operators Singtel and Starhub directly it will be $120 bill rebate! I guess i'll go with starhub then

Ya lor, no registration, activation or SIM card fees, no contract, can delivery SIM card to your home some more... only thing is no free SMS... nowadays never use SMS unless need to get queue alerts at banks...

After 1 month u can switch to CL if $120 rebates still available, haha...
(But CL got registration fees $38 leh)

In the circles life confirmation email, it says $60 cashback ($10 for 6months) even though advertised at $120 ($10 for 12 months). I clarified all doubts with cso and took screenshots in case the story donít match up. The $120 cashback and $84 cis rebate stacks. So your bill outstanding amount will actually be negative until 4th month of usage
