Is this with or without contract?

m1 cis is the best deal. $22/mth for 40gb, unlimited call/sms, free 5gb enterprise data passport locked in for 2 years (means cannot pull stunt and cut data back to 4gb after 1 year like those no contract plans)

To some no contract plan is what they need as there's no commitment. For others, reselling phone to ah beng shops is a chore. Talking to them negotiating for the best price can be challenging, if another shop offer $20 more after selling off, then he will put his hand in pocket & squeeze whatever is there.

Paying $25 per month for M1 sim only plan is kinda decent. Just pay with a credit card with rebates to lower the cost. Telco also need to earn money, don't be a mean person.

Tips: sell to mobilesquare or j2, can see the price on the website and don't need nego anymore.
I send the phone to popstation at far east then straight sell it there. No hassle at all.

I believe the most important advantage of no contract mobile plan is that it gives you the flexibility to change to another telco with better offer anytime you want without having to pay any termination fees.

Whatever plan, contract or non contract, understand your needs & choose the one that fit. Don't be affected by nosies around. Some need 10Gb data passport while some don't. Some have 50% CIS discount while some enjoy 25%. See no point why some wanna broadcast how low they are paying. Not everyone is eligible to CIS.

Though my company has 40% CIS for M1 & ST, my line is SIM only from M1.

Do you have any numbers to support this? Which phone and which plan are you referring to?
