You can try to give the number a call.

Just quote my case.

My contract supposed to expire in Dec.
Maybe can try the link or simply call that hotline to try. Do share the outcome.
I have used the link to try to recontract and then came to this page after I clicked "submit": https://www.singtel.com/personal/pro...form/thank-you

Next is to wait for Singtel reply.

Just recontract with Singtel on the $20 for 20GB plan. Base plan is 3GB. If before contract expire and no offer taken up, it will revert back to 3GB plan.

Have your previous contract expired before you recontract?

Did you receive SMS offer to recontract?

Hopefully there is no penalty for your existing contract.

I asked the CSO if I can sign through the link.

He told me cannot because I got existing contract. Not sure if I got smoked.

Ya, ST said their infrastructure widely covered the island so gonna cease this service by end of Sept. Actually for new subscribers, the service already not available.

Anybody using grid mobile here? The $24.90 plan is quite tempting because I can also have a buddy sim for spare phone.

the reviews on their FB seems pretty bad though

Isn't port out then upgrade a better choice?

All Singtel mvno are the same.
There is no volte and some missing features. If you need a full service, go for the big 3.

My suggestion: (don't just use one Telco)
Singtel SIM only + vivobee = $20 + $5
Gomo + redONe = $20 + $8

1.5 months more to go before my existing contract expire, I think that there is no penalty for my early recontract (I may be wrong), as you can recontract 4 months before your contract expire in Dec.

Aiya just found this thread.

Hi guys, if my current billing cycle is from 25 Aug-24 Sept but my singtel app states that i can “upgrade to a new device without any early device upgrade fee from Sept 2019 by recontracting by recontracting to your current plan or a higher tier mobile plan”, does that mean my contract is over?

Because I’m currently paying $54 for a 8gb youth plan and just now when the clock strikes 12am, I immediately sign for StarHub giga! and now I’m actually feeling unsure if my contract has ended

Why you didn’t call to check? Bill cycle date is not your expiry date and they let you recontract on your 20th mth. Now you can only check your expiry date via call or msging only.
