MNO if you want a proper retail store to speak to someone if you have any issues, or have 24hour hotline support call in case anything happens. ONLY MNO has VoLTE in Singapore currently. MNO has a full range of services for a mobile plan has to offer (IDD, Roaming, Voicemail, Missed call alert, parental control, Premium Rated Services etc etc)

MVNO is a no frills option, if you want value for money, more data for your money. If you are slightly savvy with all these mobile plan offerings, know what you want without the need to speak to someone, or you feel you don't need all this retail store or 24hour support hotline or any other extra features, MVNO might be your option. MVNO plans has no VoLTE in Singapore at the moment.

Apart from the expensive Singtel, StarHub and M1 has mobile plans offering close to, or comparable with MVNO offerings in terms of price to product offering.
