Nope.

This is called Direct Carrier Billing. And, only the MNOs (SingTel, M1, and StarHub) supports it.

Thanks for sharing.

Really like Giga app. Very clear and easy to use. The reminder of not to cancel if porting out or changing plan is good.

The UI for giga! App is indeed good. Better than a lot other MVNOs. Clean and neat. Font type and size are also just nice.

And they keep improving. Eg this year they start showing when the cycle date and time will refresh just below the usage.

I like it that they show the usage upfront and in big fonts. No need to navigate at all just to see usage. After all, this is the most common purpose for opening the app.

yeah. very clean. their app is indeed good.

MR app i dun like its layout and font size etc.

too bad, their plan and user experience are not as good as others. so cannot stay with them.

Yes giga APP is clean, detail and direct.

One question, billing only thru Credit card only, couldn't find other payment option?

I think payment is via card (Credit/Debit cards).

Can I assume that donor telco is StarHub since giga is under StarHub and there's no option to select giga?

pretty much all MVNOs only accept debit/credit card recurring payment. no way for one not to pay or delay the payment.

Just activated my giga eleven days after receiving my SIM card. Good to have billing cycle on 1st of the month instead of delivery date
