No network on my Redmi Note 4X(Snapdragon), it is an export set, mostly likely China set. I rooted the phone also, but kind of lost now as to what to do next.

I have set APN to tpg still not connecting. Actually when I do a search for networks, I dont see the new TPG network. So it is nothing to do with APN, search for network, should show even with a different sim. But I see only the 3 telcos. Can somebody help?

Mine took more than 10 hrs. I still don't know whether it is mine device or the SIM. I couldn't even see the TPG network, now it has magically connected to it
