Where to buy a new flagship phone from previous years?

Hey guys, I'm looking to buy a new phone soon and the newly released phones are all super expensive. I'm looking to buy a flagship phone from last year as it'll much cheaper compared to release. But looking online, I couldn't find anywhere that sells new old phones. I can find some on carousel but most of them are 2nd hand and I don't know much about that.

Huawei (eg Lazada Huawei Flagship Store) still sells P30 and P30 Pro, with Google.

Or you can buy the cheaper Nova 5T, similar spec to P30 but with cheaper price, with Google too.
