Think it’s the “why my interest lesser than last month even though it was supposed to be longer month of 31 days????!?!?!”

You think we should just post the FAQ question and answer every month along with the “interest is in this month!”

Yes, it is stated somewhere - it's called the TnC. You might want to try reading it some time: https://www.citibank.com.sg/gcb/depo...axiGainTnC.pdf

"Additionally, your balances shall accrue bonus interest at a rate (“Bonus Interest Rate”) that steps up each month, from 0.10% p.a. to a maximum of 1.20% p.a., if the lowest balance in your MaxiGain account in a month is equal to or greater than the lowest balance in the previous month."

Hi all,

Since we're at it (again), I'd like to confirm one thing: my August counter is 6, suppose I withdraw all the accumulated interest now (September), end of this month my counter will drop (actually is remain) at 6, right?

So is it correct to say withdrawing money in the month of counter 7 has the least impact on coming months bonus interest changes?

Also at the same time, is transferring money out considered a banking activity that will reset the 'inactive account' timer?

Thanks!!
