could they have turned to frozen fish or potato chip in my freezer as there is nothing else in the freeze.

I am also looking for my old passport as I can't withdraw my Malaysian ringgit without the old passport. I also can't change to new atm for withdrawal cause they need the old passport

For benefit of sinkies having foreign bank accounts, please make sure you keep the old passport until you have updated your particulars with the bank.

if you don't access foreign account for some time, some countries have laws that allow banks to deactivate the accounts and grab the money.

I got my new foreign bank Visa Debit/ATM card issued to me just by making phone call, no need passport. I keep my account active by transferring funds to and from IBKR and using the Visa Debit to make online purchases.

Although cheaper .. don't think this is very good because its not suitable for coins or testing through plastic containers. Sigma Metalyics don't have this issue.

I just received my Sigma Metalytics Original PV. Easy and fast to use. Light and portable (battery operated). But this only measures by resistivity. Apparently it resistivity or density can be faked, but not both. The Pro version measures by both resistivity and density and thus should not be able to be fooled as yet. I'm just ordered the Pro version.

Honestly, Gold will always be better than silver if you intend to give bullion silver or gold...Most people know the value of gold but not silver...
