Can consider getting into investment by buying in into ETF that is quite widely discussed over here in the forums!

Depends if you wan to take risk or dont want. There are some single premium plan in the market that will generate you monthly or yearly income from 37th month, 49 months or end of 5th year all the way for life. With captial 80% guaranteed from day 1 and growing. Return is about 2-4% p.a with guaranteed+non guaranteed.
The retirement plan u have usually give u income for certain years then end of plan everything become 0.

That is what I see when I go to their sites mah... If singlife have something good then I share lo... Ppl also share on starting threads if not how I know... And how you know.....

But then if there is better way to generate income I will certainly go for better options

can also try stashaway simple or endowus cash smart while waiting for other opportunity. much more liquid and no lock in period. more flexible than endowments

Legacy is for inheritance.. I doubt I will want that.. I am likely to be alone and die quietly
