Just got 'scammed' by Grab. Should I initiate a chargeback?

Just got 'scammed' by Grab. Should I initiate a chargeback?

Long story short. Grab driver came to pick me up. Along the way he refused to bring me to my intended location cos he said it was too far and insisted I drop off midway.

This escalated into an argument where I refused to go down cos it isn't where I wanted to go. End up the driver drove me back to my initial pick up location. I was already pissed off at this point I just got out.

Question: My grab account is linked to my CC. Grab history showed that the driver had chosen drop off and the system has initiated the deduction from my CC. I've already raised a dispute with Grab, but knowing them it'll be ages until it gets resolve. Should I also initiate a chargeback with my bank?

Wait for grab to respond. They can track back the route by gps, and validate what u claimed. Should be ok I feel. Today is Sunday, give them till tomorrow ba

Think should wait for Grab to respond since you already lodge a complaint with them
