Thanks for the info.
Welcome.
Well BOC just called me and told me they had revised upwards and its now 1.65%.
Went down so the both the 1.61% and 1.63% FD now both changed to 1.65%, 6 + 6 months scheme.
Lose 2 days interest for the Monday 1.61% placement

Haiz, during Jul I applied for 50k only allocated 15.5k, now I parked my funds in fd, left 25k in SSB got 100% but at such a low rate.

All deposit tiers getting same total interest,1.75% for Oct and Nov; 1.9% for Dec.
Great for smaller deposits.

next month SSB rate would likely be better ~1.79% for first year but since intrest rate r rises in US FD might too rise their intrest rate . Toward oct we will know whether there a hike in the rate.

iSavvy have terms & conditions such as:
"Bonus interest/dividend is awarded on the incremental average daily balance in the Account during the Promotion Period against the average daily balance in June 2018. "

have some spare cash lying around (15-20k)
seems like cimb is offering a very attractive rate, would a short tenure like 3months be a better tenure at this point since the rates look to be going up?

since cny soon maybe 6m/12m wouldnt be too wise right?

How's the experience with Maybank Premier?

Notice that there's no fall below fee, which is a good thing.

If SCB/HSBC cant match this for last Q of 2018, looks like Maybank is the way to go for next 3 months.
