Medisave top up tax relief

Just received my tax bill, I have voluntarily topped up my medisave last year (I had checked that I was within the CPF annual limit and eligible for tax relief). But I don't see the tax relief being reflected in the notice of assessment. Anyone has any idea? Is it already automatically included in the total 'Provident fund/life insurance' personal relief amount?

I also did 7K cash top u to SA and this tax relief was shown clearly on the notice of assessment.

Abv that amount no tax relief.
Above the 54.5K, it will be refunded with no interest.
