Every time I add a new payee, either individuals or organisations (like credit cards, singtel, m1, etc), OCBC will send a physical letter confirming that I did it.
It is a real waste of paper, especially when I add and remove payees all the time. Is there an option to remove paper notification?

Unfortunately, at this point in time, we are required to notify our customers through mails due to security reasons
