Every time I add a new payee, either individuals or organisations (like credit cards, singtel, m1, etc), OCBC will send a physical letter confirming that I did it.

It is a real waste of paper, especially when I add and remove payees all the time. Is there an option to remove paper notification?

Hi, thank you for your concerns

Unfortunately, at this point in time, we are required to notify our customers through mails due to security reasons

hi ocbc can ocbc360 be used as a joint account? whats the eligibility of opening a joint account?

You can certainly open a 360 account under a joint name. And all applicants will have to be above 18 years of age

Hello Ocbc,

I've spoken to my HR dept, to change the code for salary crediting from GIRO-IBG to the required GIRO-SALARY but request got turned down. Since the salary is credited on the same date every month, with the crediting company clearly stated, does it means that Ocbc will still not acknowledge it as salary payment?

Hi

I'm afraid we'll need to go a step further, and do a check into your accounts before we can confirm.

If you're comfortable with leaving us your contact details, please PM it to us!

better call ocbc to clarify.. should have interest..

3 GIRO deductions with 3 unique reference numbers? They're certainly eligible, & the bonus interest should be given to you

Do give us a call at 1800 363 3333 so can check into your accounts for you!

Just opened this account... Does it come by default with the Frank CC?

The CSO just helped me to apply for Frank in addition to the 365 which I specifically asked for...

Hi!

It does not come by default. But it depends on what you indicated on the application form. If you wish to cancel the card, our service executives can certainly help you with that. Just give us a call at 1800 363 3333 or drop us a secured email from your OCBC internet banking!

Which part of "per annum" don't you understand? Is it per or is it annum?

Not so simple, base interest of 0.05% is calculated daily based on your daily balance.
Bonus interest is calculated monthly based on average balance for that month. So it depends on when you put those personal savings.

If the avereage daily balance is less than 50K, it should not make any difference.

There is a deposit of 800 every month, so if the guy made deposit early of the month, the average of that month will be higher vs if the guy mad deposit near the end of the month.
