Registering as Sole Proprietorship While Working Full-Time

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible for an individual to register as sole proprietorship while working full-time? Let say running a business part-time.

Why not. Except maybe against your employment contract.

Nah. Not really against employment contract. I just would like to know if it's against the government rules.

Government more than happy for you to work full time 9-5, drive grab from 6-8, be condo security guard from 9-8, happier if you declare all the income in your tax return.
