You can switch the portfolio from REIT with risk management to 100% REITs via web browser. It's under composition option.

It's most likely not going to be securitized and custodised like a REIT etf though. It won't be in your cdp, no one knows you indirectly own the reits, you can't go AGM.

So are they advisors or fund managers? I am confused. Will they be conflicted because they are both?

Looks like they have been working on customer feedback

I have no idea what the issue is that you see.

I see no issue investing with syfe just like any other robo.

Can go to sgx website to see the index methodology

More transparent and 5 more reits than their previous 15 reits so slightly more diversified

One thing to note is for 100% reits option, there will be some cash so think it will lag the index a bit

What I am saying is that it's not really an etf or a conventional index product.

Between the 100% REIT portfolio and a REIT ETF like the Lion Philip S-REIT ETF, which one would you prefer?

I think slightly different from the counter allocation, Lion Phillips majority on Commercial & Retail reits and Syfe majority on Industrial reits.

Lion phillip ETF is charging 0.6% and Syfe is charging 0.65%.

It is not hard to reach 0.4% for syfe. With some cash drag, should be higher.

Other than different index, Syfe has dividend reinvestment option, and option to turn on/off ARI, all these without additional cost

Personal preference. I also like the interface on stashaway more
I asked Stashaway a few days ago. They say no plans to offer REIT portfolio.

Given the 100% reit option, I'll re-enter REIT portfolio with Syfe.

Ah yes,I have also asked stashaway but they were unable to give me a concrete answer. Have since done a 100% REIT portfolio with Syfe.
