Does anyone know what is the historical dividend yield for the new Leaders Index? The previous S-REIT20 index has a dividend yield of 5.1% for 2019.

As per Syfe website, the new Leaders index has a "5-Year Annual Return: 8.4%", but it didn't mention about the annual dividend yield.
It wont differ much

to those who have invested in this...

are we allowed to do ad-hoc top ups on top of the monthly dca amount?
e.g. aug +5k, dec +15k

and can we liquidate a portion of the portfolio on an ad-hoc basic?

Is it better to go for 100% REITS or REITS + Bonds?

Or if you are already contributing to CPF then perhaps can focus on 100% REITS.

Did you choose to receive dividends or re-invest the dividends? If the latter, it ought to be increasing slowly. If the former, then it would be ranging (if you did not add to the initial investment).

My 100% REITs portfolio is at 15.21% time-weighted return, even after this week's dip. I've also made about 2% in dividends from the July-Sep dividend payouts. Feels really nice.
