VOO vs VOOG vs VOOV

VOO vs VOOG vs VOOV

other than the below mentioned indented items, what is the difference ? Arent all 3 tracking the growth of SnP 500 large cap companies?

1. NAV
2. Expense ration
3. Dividend returns (im not keen in this)
4. Stock holdings

VOO tracks all 500 (509) stocks on the S&P500, the other 2 ETFs only have some of the stocks in them.

Only VOO tracks the whole S&P.

VOOG tracks stocks in the S&P that they classify as growth. Constantly growing in price.

VOOV tracks stocks in the S&P that they classify as value. Trading below their value.

That's my understanding anyway. Perhaps someone could explain the growth and value tilts better.

VOOG tracks stocks in the S&P that they classify as growth. Constantly growing in price.

VOOV tracks stocks in the S&P that they classify as value. Trading below their value.
