Early outpro

Hi all, I have a question to ask if anyone encounter the same situation as me

Might be having a early outpro
I'm thinking should I go back to work to have a good impression or just go back to work after the date as per stated on my SAF100 cos mindef will be giving me a full makeup pay till the stated date on the SAF100

If you need to go back to work to give good impression, you are doing it wrong

This is true.

If you go back to work early, if kena any workplace accident or injury, company cannot cover you, because you are supposed to still be on reservist.

If you got forced to then no choice, but if you do it willing just because you thought going back to work early can impress your boss, then you are doing it wrong
