Bro, i will not take the chances to assume. If you have the passion to become a police officer, just keep trying. Though i may warn you that the waiting process can go up to 8 months. If you're a pre-enlistee, 3-4 months.
Wow. Can reapply once a year. That's tough hahahah

I think i could've worded my message better.

I'm not a pre-enlistee. I ORD'ed some time ago.

When i said it doesn't make sense, i meant that people who sign after they ORD'ed should be given a shorter bond.

Hope that clears it up.

Thanks
Hi, I see.. maybe they didnt know you have already served your NS? Because as far as I know... if you sign on after NS. The bond is 2 years.

Does it mean if it medical issue, if we try to reapply after 6mth.. The system will auto reject us immediately?
I donít think the information on how the system works is publicly available. So I donít think you can get an answer here. Whatever thatís said here can possibly be a speculation or experience only.

It better be tough, we are talking about police here whoís role is to protect people. Not some immaterial job that doesnít affect people directly.

Nope, I doubt they will auto-reject you. Unless you have terminal illness or something very severe.

It depends on what the medical issue is..

If the IT system is not set up to auto reject, even if terminal Illness I donít think will auto reject

what is basic to you may not be basic to others. so if people say is basic, are you certain you will be on the same page?

Blood test, vision test, urine test, hearing test, doctor examination. The process takes about 1-1.5hrs. If possible, be early for your appointment.

With the increasing number of people getting rejected after medical, i thought of doing my medical check up first but then again we don't know what they are looking for..

Even if you do know, and go for a check up how do you

1) know whatís the ďpassĒ criteria they are looking at
2) if you also know whether you pass or fail, you thereís nothing you can do to change the reality right?
