What was asked during panel interview?

I applied in early May, went down to submit documents in mid June. Got called up to attend panel interview.

I hold a private degree and have 2 years working experience in private sector, was told will suffer a pay cut if they offer me

worried about pay cut then don't bother joining ica then. the pay scheme is clearly stated online already.

The starting pay for a mid career private deg (pass) holder will still be cap at 3.2k no matter how much you have earned during your previous job.

SO application

Education: Local deg
Date of application: Early June
Status: In process
PES Status: A
Last IPPT result: Passed
CCA: Leadership role (2IC)
Others: Career Change
Education: Private deg
Date of application: 20 May
Status: In Process
PES Status: N/a
Last IPPT result: N/a
CCA: NCC (corporal, lol)
Others: Career Change (but actually more of fresh grad as I've only started working for 6 months)

Not harbouring any hopes since I'm still not contacted. The same thing happened last year where my status was In Process for 3 months; it only changed to Unsuccessful when I sent an email to recruitment. Haha.

Why dont you share how much you are currently earning?

I am ok with pay cut, have to be long sighted.

Happened to chance upon this thread and I'm also like one of you guys out there waiting for any notification. It's really frustrating but I guess that's how it goes.

18/2: Applied for SO
24/3: Submission of Documents
21/4: Panel Interview
19/5: Emailed ICA Recruitment and was told still under consideration

Even till now, I've yet to receive anything. Can't seem to get through the hotline so I've emailed in again to see how it goes. Not getting my hopes high though

I am earning high 3 below 4. so I guess might see a cut of about 10-30% cut.
