Yours is DEI or DES ?

1st Interview is nothing much. Just an informal chat with the hr why are you interested in ICA and stuff. They will explain especially on the shifts cycle and thereafter take height and weight.
After that some of us will be asked to attend some trial group discussions. However for my batch its not part of the interview and the results are not part of the recruitment process. This is only for the DEI position


2nd Interview is a panel comprising of 4 senior officers , only 3 will ask questions though, the other one will be the scribe by the side. Honestly questions varies from person to person but to summaries basically they want to know:

Whats the motivation to join ICA / Why not other enforcement agencies
Leadership ( if you are a guy, they will probably ask about your NS )
Are you ok with the work and firearms?

There will be other questions asked but it really varies from person to person and your answers to them

Yes, they will send rejection email/letter. Not sure abot the odds of rejection.. but from what i noticed, they will call if offered. If rejected, they will send the rejection a day after the day of call.

Nope. Medical was about a month back, so the wait is still considered okay.

Hi miss, if i known everything about ICA would I be asking here ? Please have a single ounce ofcommon sense. We all know that there is a high turnover rate but we dunno why.

Why do i think so many ppl leave? THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT WE ARE ASKING RIGHT ? next time you order chicken rice , and the uncle ask you you want roast or steam , tell him roast or steam also

why sign on to be a sergeant and take orders from a commisioned officer when u can go and study for degree and join as a officer.
