I did managed a Team during my NS. As for my other jobs when I was studying, its mostly part time jobs. I was a grab driver , trainer so not really relevant.

But for job experience, I would highly doubt there is any job out there that would be relevant to ICA per se

Nonetheless, wish you all the best in your job hunt!

Does anyone know of anyone who joined Direct entry inspector as a mid-careerist? Not shy to say I am 40 and after years of working and overseas, I want to do something much more meaningful for the country.

They asked what I can contribute to ICA, and referred to my resume/application form for situational questions or just questions to know me better. One advice I would give is to really understand what your role entails.
My interview only lasted 30 mins though so I’m not sure if I made the cut. All the best!

equalitygirl98, as I have alluded earlier - you stand a high chance to be selected if you are called up for medical check up. Barring any major issues during your health check-up, it is highly probable you are selected and at this time, you simply have to wait as HR firms up a batch size for intake.

I know it can be nerve-wracking waiting for the next steps, please see below for my timeline. Note however it may or may not be similar to what you are experiencing due to Covid disruptions to workflows and processes.

Best of luck :)
Hi .. may I know what do they ask u during the written assessment?
