I was wondering if by going down to career fair to register will increase your chance of being shortlisted. Any idea anybody?
1 of the officer told me to first talk about myself, follow by why i wanted to join ICA and what i know about ICA(jobscope).
After finishing the talk about myself, i've forgotten what is the next thing i should say.. So i paused.. Luckily the officer were kind enough to break the 'ice'.
After that they would ask random things like shiftwork, are you able to carry arms, if there's lack of manpowers can they recall you and would travel be a problems to you(because may help out in other places).
[IMPORTANT] Near the end of the interview, they would ask you whether you have any questions. Do try to think of a question that may seems like you are interested in this job. For example ask more details about the jobscope. IMO this would put a plus point.
GOOD LUCK!
yeah, u need to endure the waiting game. For me from 1st interview to receiving the letter of offer took about 1mth+, i simply idling at home.
edesenjavier> u attach at woodlands checkpoint? I worked there in 2003, special attach at 'green channel'. For ICA, I prefer to attach at coastal, as I got coastal experience during reservist.
Bro die_sg, you went training already?
Congratz!
I don't think so. But i'm wearing thick black spec with office attire..
You went for your 1st interview on 15th, your 2nd interview not yet? But how come?
Check your PM ohhh they told me 1 to 2 week time. I give up hope on ICA always doing things so slow. Getting other job
