alright, cause just now my 2 of my section mate needa go report sick due to fever and constant coughing.. so they ask PS whether can report sick then instant replied was NO and ask to not participate any activities first but once good then join back. somemore they safety breach lots of time, like RMJ being force to do when they're the one says its a breach. and my sect mate fever like 39-40ish deg they ask go rest but then they had to carry fieldpack worth 25kg over to cookhouse and back coyline. idky they're stopping us from reporting sick.

Why your commanders like that one? Last some you also posted that they kept making you cancel your medical appointment. What unit are you from?

As a servicemen it's your responsibility to report safety breaches through your chain of command. If they ignore then you have the right to call safety hotline if it endangers yours or other men's safety - i.e. live range, or even routine UO exercise.

pls don't ask your dad to call MINDEF - it's going off the chain of commands which may even get you unwanted fuss.

and remove your unit name pls.

I know that camp very well and Medical center is like 3 mins walk away so i find it difficult for you to say you can't go there yourself even if they stop you.

If you go there and get status from MO, then show it to them and they can't do anything out of the guidelines.
but if you go there and end up coming back with no status then you may be charged for malingering.

alright noted, but even if we talk to comd, officer all they won't give a fak cause in a way they hate statuses.. so in order to report sick kinda hard eventho we have memo from specialist that given long term statuses. I've been status for 6 month due to disc bulge/sciatica and might suspect meniscus injury on my right knee but nothing changes. My dad's been asking me that he wanted to call MINDEF, so i say don't do yet chances me get charge or db is like 99% chances. or just let me dad call safety hotline, to help most of my fellow mate that being force eventho on statuses and won't letting us go report sick.

No you will not get DB, jumping chain of command will only get you SOL or extra duty or no punishment at all, depend on the commander, of course the best is launch complain to ur OC, then up to CO, either by your parent or urself both acceptable. Do remember this is very serious safety breach and offense by commander, (alot of lower/ground commander are fcked up and all they know is to theaten you here and there), so just ignore the threathen and go for the complain, you have every right to defend yourself in this matter
Small tip , the higher rank the officer, they are much more reasonable and will stand at ur side for justice. No need to talk so much to sergeants/ WO and lower rank officers as they have little knowledge, all the best for you and those who come across this post, if theres any question , you can reach out to me

Give you some advice here, go to your neighborhood MP first before calling mindef and all. That's the best, as the unit can't cover up anything. But be warned, will kenna mark one. Therefore think twice before doing this
