Hi all,

My adsl from Singtel is coming to an end

Currently, my household have 1 Singtel fibre plan already running on powerline

Can I re-contract with Singtel for fiber plan and setup another power line at home?

Do it when you relocate.
If you sign-up now and relocate later, there is this relocation fees, not able to wavie.

no choice leh, adsl expiring in Apr

Suggest you to write to Singtel regarding your situation.

That is you are going to move out and intend to continue to use Singtel in your new premise.

Also stating on that current flat do have Singtel fibre broadband already.
And you want &or prefer to have a separate connection for yourself.
After all you are and will be permanent Singtel customer as being using Singtel email all along which you want to keep using.

This is to inform them on your intention on staying as Singtel customer as long as possible.
Then on the other hand request for additional fibre broadband connection for your own needs.

I am not familiar with Singtel and unable to say if this is possible.
There may be possible to use the same ONT and open another port for your use only.
As ONT do have 4 Lan ports to use and usually one for internet and other for TV services.
And if it is ONR type maybe there are possible they can accommodate to your request.

Suggestion is to write to them on your intention and let them to see how they can find ways to suit to your requirement.
And ensure that when your new premise is ready, they can move or open a new fibre broadband for you WITHOUT any other surcharges, better in B&W statement if possible.
As this will be private between you and Singtel.

Regards.

Long term best is you move yourself to a free E-mail account (Gmail and hotmail) and do away with Singnet E-mail address.

Migrate away from Singnet E-mail account would be helpful.

- Yes you can have 2 Singtel Fiber at home.
- There are many way how you can configure 2 fiber service on 1 network.

So powerline is possible to configure 2 same fibre service in one household?

But have it to be the same brand of powerline such as TP-link?

Or different model will be better?
