Can we ask the Starhub technician to use our router instead of linkys during installation, or they will use linkysy first then we hv to setup ourselves later ?
The technician is more than happy to use your existing router. Means they don’t need to do any router configuration.

I got the SMS from StarHub, but trying to access with ic and postal code says error postal code don't match.

It's at my mum's place de. I did have mobile service billed to my own address, but trying both postal code don't work.

Hmm..

So there is no way Starhub able to configure the existing ONT to their fibre TV box?

Sent from HUAWEI BLA-L29 using GAGT
Yes of course Starhub can configure it. ONT Port 1 for internet and port 2 for TV. However no sharing of ONT between Service provider. Singtel will have their own set of ONT or ONR while M1 also have their own ONT too. I am M1 and Starhub so i have 2 ONT.

So one day can only switch one time? Then when u switch your entertainment pass, will your StarHub go switch as well?

Thank you for your compliment! We understand that it can be frustrating for cable customers to make the switch, which is why we hope to help offer advice and enable them to make informed choices.

If you'd like to consider, Singtel TV has cHK (Singtel TV CH 510) delivering many made-in-Hong Kong films such as Project Gutenberg 无双, the big winner at the recent Hong Kong Film Awards; aong with original Hong Kong TV series like supernatural themed 'Urban Legends - Unspeakable Tales' hosted by Spencer Leung 梁思浩; and 'Hong Kong Stars Restaurants' featuring Chrissie Chau 周秀娜.

cHK is available in 100% original Cantonese audio for the authentic Hong Kong entertainment experience too. Do let us know if you're interested!
