Which ISP have the best speed to China?

Dear bro and sis,

We are in the planning stage for a server hosted in China?
Do you guys know which ISP has the fastest connection to China hosts?

We will have to get the correct ISP here and the correct hosting company in China?

Can you guys help me do a speedtest to China servers? Lets take Shenzhen server as a guide?

If you have to host your own server, look for China Telecom.... CITIC has a base here in SG and if you have to... get a direct IP Transit from one of the boys china boys to your local server and peer to the local isp (forget red/orange...try purple-black...they are talking)

If you host in Hong Kong...would suffice... so IMHO, try with Hurricane Electric.. their peering and transit is good to SG and into China ..but do at HK. Pricing wise... if I am not mistaken $5 per mb.

regards

Actually if your business centers around Guang Dong, Shanghai, Nanjing, Beijing, Tianjin, then hosted in Hong Kong or Taiwan is a very good alternative.

Base on my Singtel & VQ experience, I will suggest Singtel Fiber for China Site. ( I'm now on VQ 300Mbps plan)

Is M1 fibre broadband so bad? I just sign up just now to replace the lousy Starhub fibre.

Thanks for all your informative contributions

We will need the server to have a China IP ... location of server doesnt really matter that much
