on black ont or white ont?

Black. Just called m1 they said nid to "reconfigure" on their end so that i can use it....i'll juz wait and see how....:s22:

Edit : Yes, i do hv residential voice on the Huawei RG.

Update : M1 service was fast. They reset it within 2-3hrs and so far have been online for abt 5hrs with the new router without hitch. Residential line oso working as usual. Thanks, guys.;)

can anyone help ? i'm on 200mbps but getting from 20 - 40 mbps. using rt66u router.

using wireless?

connect ont lan directly to desktop/ laptop and try again
if still the same then u have to call 1627

if connect directly works then issue will be router setting etc

50-60mbps on 5Ghz is pretty normal. unless you have the addtional streams enabled.

it also depends on your wifi client if it has 2x3 or 3x3. on most N, max max i see is around the 200mbps range. most cap out around the 130 odd range.

I don't know other ISPs people are getting good pings for dota2 since they removed the Singapore starhub servers, but I am still getting 200+

Friend using singtel is getting 30ping
Another friend using myrepublic is getting 100ping.

Any remedies to getting lower pings for dota2?

this is due to steam having migration of local server this is a transition
just endure with it
and between this period they using another provider so it might be singtel maybe tats why u say singtel getting better ping.

until end of april they say it will complete the migration unless more delays

and plus recently alot of web and isp also kanan DDOS
so it might be a reason
