I guess M1 having DNS issue? Try changing your DNS resolver address on you router to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 ?

I'm using 8.8.8.8 currently. at first I thought it's Google DNS problem.

Problem solved. All good now.
M1 re-issued me a replacement static IP.

I must say, today's M1 tech support agent is very very proactive & on-the-ball. Really well done!

Did you change the IPv6 DNS address as well?

Had an extremely slow and unusable internet connection since this morning. Called 1627 but was not attended to...

Thought it was Google DNS Issue, changed to Cloudfare public DNS, but the issue still persist

Problem seems to be with M1 itself.

Tried GoogleDNS, OpenDNS and CloudflareDNS. None works.

I'm having issues connecting or resolving Google services such as YouTube and Gmail.

yup problem seems to be with their fiber. everything works ok with M1 4G.

Don't bother. There's nothing wrong with your DNS. It's M1 Fibre.

Cat.6 is more than sufficient. Most important the cable must be good condition.
