i recontracted my 300mbps into 500mbps online.. the approval went through.. restarted ONT and router.. no new speed leh.. how come ah? must wait until past midnight?

or must wait until next day when the sales team processes it?
Give them a call? I got a speed upgrade after 10 minutes of recontracting without restarting anything.

renew contract worth getting Ax88u? Need to top up quite a lot of money.Currently using AC68u now.
Topup $379 for AX88U?
From the reviews I've seen, the wireless performance with ac clients is only slightly better than ac88u/ac86u. Only feature significantly better was the USB NAS performance.

More worth to get AC86U outside for $100 less.

Are your World of warcraft (WOW) ping very high these last few weeks? I remember when i first subscribed to M1 last year, it used to be about 100. Then it went to 200s after a few months, and then the last few weeks its been 300s. My other friend on M1 is also 300s. My singtel friends are 90s and have been 90s to 100s all these while.

It is up to user to decide.

Hi guys, just want to check. Is the free homeline provided by M1 stable?

Meaning, any down time for homeline but internet still OK etc?

Or will only be down when internet is down (scheduled maintenance etc)?

TIA.

In between must also to leave a gap of about 10 secs for the residual power to drain off.
I changed my router and I had no internet connection until I called M1 to reset my MAC ID.
They told me change new router need to power off for 15/20mins to reset MAC ID. Or can call them reset immediately

Hi anyone using the Gamepro 1Gb from M1? Is it any different from the normal 1Gb or its just a gimmick? I thinking of switching from Starhub to M1. My ping had been 100-200 every night from 9-12 am and starhub cant solve my issue for few weeks already.

Wanna vomit blood everytime call in and explain the situation over and over again.

Changed my IP and checked my router and modem all ok. All left is changing the modem which im not sure if they will.

Phone down when no internet.

But I also ever encountered phone down while internet works.
After much troubleshooting, realised it's a faulty ONT.
M1 arranged to change the ONT very quickly.

Thanks guys. Worried as switching over from Singtel to M1. Porting over the home line too.

As my mum only know how to use the normal phone (refuse to learn how to use a mobile phone) so need the homeline to be stable and steadily available.

Hope will not encounter any emergency homeline down situation.
