I'm planning to build the following forge series for casual gaming purposes.

CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT (LAPTOPS) : Intel® Core™ i7-9750H Processor (6 Core 9th Generation) (FORGE 15)
Graphics Cards (Laptops) : NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1650 4GB GDDR5 (Only Available when selecting I7 Processors)
Display (Laptops) : 15.6" FHD IPS Matte Display (1920x1080)
MEMORY (NOTEBOOK RAM) : 8GB (8GB x 1) DDR4 2666MHZ
THERMAL COMPOUND : Stock Thermal Compound
DEAD PIXEL POLICY : 30 Day 0 Dead Pixel Policy
KEYBOARD (Notebooks) : RGB tactile hybrid silent keyboard with 15 Color Options (Single Zone)
M.2 SSD BAY (Primary SSD Laptops and SFF PC) : 512GB M.2 PCIE NVME SSD (Read speed over 1100 MB/sec)

Damage : $1485

Is this worth it?

1650 graphics card performance is rather weak for what you are paying, but should be fine if you play less demanding games like dota or league.

The 1080 or 1070 cards are better than 1650, which was designed to replace the old 1050, which was originally a low end of the 10 series from nvidia.

You should try to get at least the 1660, since it's comparable to 1070/1080.

This video by Dave2D highlights some important points when buying a gaming laptop, especially in this period when the new 20 series just came out, and the 1050/1060 are getting refreshed.
