Hello Folks,

Can anyone help me on how to resolve my laptop problem.

Problem 01 - It will go SLEEP Mode when I press UP arrow in Window 10 environment.

Problem 02 - When I proper shut down my laptop in Window 10 environment, it will auto switch on after awhile.

This is what happens when manufacturers put the power button as part of the keyboard. Keys break only, become a power issue instead of just no input.

You try plug in a USB keyboard to see if problem 1 still happens.

How to Hard Reset?

You mean reset totally to Factory Setting?
Besides, do not have a CD to restore

Try draining your battery to 0.
Then press your power button to discharge it.
